Welcome to PrayerMade ("the App"), owned and operated by PrayerMade LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using PrayerMade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.
PrayerMade provides tools for generating personalized prayers using artificial intelligence technology, scripture-based enhancements, notifications, journaling features, and other spiritual support content ("Services"). The App is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, mental health services, or pastoral guidance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
You may enter text or voice input into the App ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store such content as needed to operate and improve the App. You retain ownership of your User Content.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
The prayers, scripture recommendations, and other outputs generated by the App are produced using artificial intelligence. Such content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may not always be theologically precise.
You acknowledge and agree that:
PrayerMade offers optional premium subscription plans ("Premium") that unlock additional features, including enhanced prayer styles, scripture customization options, extended history, and other premium services.
We may update pricing or modify Premium features. Any changes to your existing subscription will be communicated as required by law or platform rules.
By enabling notifications, you consent to receive reminders and other app-related communications on your device. You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by PrayerMade LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission.
The App and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrayerMade LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.
You may delete your PrayerMade account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at: support@prayermade.app
Your request must be sent from the same email address associated with your PrayerMade account to verify identity.
Once a valid request is received, we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscription management must be completed through your Apple or Google account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violating these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
